The short version of how I got here.

I'm Cindy — a marketing and communications professional who loves figuring out how to make the right message land with the right people, and then using data to prove it worked.

Right now I'm doing that at the University of Indianapolis School of Nursing, where I lead social media and content strategy. In a recent 90-day window, that work grew Instagram by 39% and Facebook by 56% — all organic — while driving 31,000+ views, an 84% jump in engagement, and a 123% lift in profile visits.

My background spans brand strategy, integrated marketing, digital content, omnichannel communications, and operations — so I understand both the creative side and the systems that have to support it.

I hold a BS in Marketing (Social Media Concentration) and I'm completing my MBA in Marketing, Leadership & Business Fundamentals at the University of Indianapolis in August 2026. I'm also a recipient of the Emerging Leader Award, recognized for cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and integrity.
